Fascinating Boutique – Returns & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that are:
– Faulty or damaged on arrival
– Reported to us within 48 hours of delivery
– Unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact
Due to hygiene reasons, fascinators, headwear, and accessories cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
2. Reporting a Fault or Damage
If your item is faulty or damaged:
– Please email fascinatingboutique1@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
– Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
3. Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error.
We recommend using a tracked service for your return.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
– Items that have been worn or used
– Items returned without prior contact
– Digital products once downloaded or accessed
– Sale items
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
